Practically, a night run. Pretty flat and steady in terms of pace, except of a mild downhill part around km 6, which was relatively fast.

What's interesting here is that the heart rate is aligned with the speed in the first half, however, it is well above the expected level in the second part of the workout.

There might be different reasons for that. In this particular case, underfueling looks like a highly possible reason. No gels, only sugary water as a fuel, which appeared to be not really sufficient for a 20km run and this energy-hungry body.

Actually, it's a good finding. Similar observations were made multiple times earlier, but this time the data look really clear. It's definitely going to help in planning the next running sessions.
