The EDP Lisbon Half Marathon is one of the fastest half marathons in the world, and every year brings together more than 30.000 participants. This year, Uganda's Jacob Kiplimo shattered the half marathon world record, clocking a tremendous time of 57:20.

Ethiopia's Ftaw Zeray set a new women's course record of 1:05:12. Over 50,000 participating runners made it a record-setting event.
Zurich Barcelona Marathon (15 Mar 2026)

The 47th edition of the race a new record with 32,000 registered participants. Ethiopia’s Fotyen Tesfay won the 2026 women's race with the second-fastest marathon time in history and set a new course record.

Asbel Rutto regained his title in the men's race (he also won Rome Marathon 2024 with a 2:06:24) and Pascaline Kibiwot set a new course record in the women's competition.
